Inspirit Common Yoga & Movement Class Policies

First Class FREE!

Our First Class Free program offers you a single free yoga, dance or tai chi class at Inspirit Common. Join us anytime for your first class. Please note, if you've taken a free class with us, you cannot take a different yoga/movement class for free.

Class Cards

Cards are good for the class for which they were purchased and are not transferable between classes or teachers.  Cards expire 15 weeks after the date of purchase.  No refunds for unused classes and no extensions are permitted.

Drop-ins

Dropping in for a single class is a great way to try a new style or studio! Our instructors will always attempt to accommodate drop-in students. Some of our classes may be at capacity, so drop-in students should check with the studio to see if there is room. If space is limited, students registered for a session have priority.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for class cards.

Class Registration

We accept cash, checks or credit cards. Please make checks payable to the Inspirit Common.

Returned Check Fee

There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Schedule Changes

Classes may be added or deleted based on enrollment. We will notify enrolled students if there are any changes. Thank you for your understanding!

Class Size

Class size is limited for each class. Svaroopa® is capped at 13 students. All other classes are limited to 18 students. Please register early.

Snow Emergency & Class Cancellation Policy

If there is a snow emergency or no school in Hadley, there will be no daytime classes. The decision about whether to run evening classes (5:30 PM or later) will be on the Inspirit Common website by 4 p.m. The decision about weekend classes will be made 2 hours prior to class. Cancellation notices may be viewed on our home page or call us at 413.585.1169.

Make-ups for Snow Cancellation

Depending on room availability, the instructor may choose to offer a make-up date. If no make-up date is offered, or you cannot attend the make-up date, your full class fee will be credited to you.

Practicalities for Class

Please dress comfortably in nonrestrictive clothes. Some classes may have inversions. As body temperature changes during class, layers are useful to stay comfortable. We recommend eating lightly, if at all, before class. Please do not wear perfume, aftershave or other scents. We supply yoga mats, blankets, blocks and other tools for yoga and meditation, or you may bring your own.
