Incorporating a variety of Qigong styles including Fire Dragon, Tiger and Spring Forest designed to heal the body, release blocked emotions and cultivate spiritual awareness, this class may also include elements of internal martial arts, dance and Feng Shui. Focus will be especially on discovering our personal mind-body connection to help us heal. Students may choose to remain after class to discuss their experiences or ask questions.
