Shyla Braley Maung Shyla is a gifted and multi-faceted healer. She was formally trained in massage therapy in the Stillpoint Program at GCC and received her massage therapy certificate in 2000. Her specialties include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and natal or pregnancy massage.

Shyla is a natural healer and is easily able to tailor her massage techniques to relieve discomfort and promote healing. Her gentle and nurturing approach creates a simple and safe space that promotes deep relaxation. This deeper level of relaxation allows Shyla to work on deeper muscle tensions and to focus on the roots of discomfort rather than merely relieving the day to day muscle aches that life brings.

Shyla does not only focus on the physical stress that life puts on our bodies, she is also an expert in energy healing. Shyla has been practicing Reiki since 1998 and has been a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master since 2002. She often uses her energy healing abilities during massage and this pairing of therapies results in a deeply refreshing and rejuvenating healing experience.
