Crystals, like all things of the earth, carry its healing energy. And just like people, each crystal has strength, purpose and various healing properties. the practitioner uses crystals, her intuition and reiki energy to provide healing for all aspects of her clients' emotional, physical and spiritual well being.

In some cases, a crystal may call out to her to work with you while others may be consciously chosen for you as you seek healing or assistance with a specific goal. During a session, clients may experience energetic, physical or emotional release and will feel a deep sense of calm and grounding.

How does it work?

Although there are many ways to work with gemstones and crystals (crystal energy grids, elixirs, essences, laying on of stones, etc.), the primary purpose for using them is to transform and amplify their various energies merging them with our own energy system to balance and re-energize us. The practitioner uses color cues and chakra balancing techniques to work with you on issues you may or may not be aware of.

• Red - Brings out action, confidence, courage and vitality.
  Stones: ruby, garnet, red jasper, bloodstone, rose quartz and coral.
• Pink - Brings out love and beauty.
  Stones: rhodochrosite, rhodonite and rose quartz.
• Brown - Focuses on the earth, or natural order.
  Stones: tiger eye and petrified wood.
• Orange - Enhances vitality and endurance.
  Stones: carnelian, orange jasper and fire opal.
• Gold - Manifests wealth, prosperity and wisdom.
  Stones: Pyrite, goldstone, stones with gold embedded within or using gold chains, wire or beads with gemstones work well.
• Yellow - Sparks wisdom, joy, happiness and intellectual energy.
  Stones: topaz, citrine, yellow zircon, amber.
• Green - Represents life itself, nature, fertility and well being.
  Stones: emerald, green tourmaline, malachite, jade, chrysoprase, dipotase, peridot, aventurine, moss agate and green jasper.
• Blue - Helps us to focus on spirituality, truth and peace.
  Stones: sapphire, lapis lazuli, blue topaz, aquamarine, turquoise, chrysocolla and sodalite.
• Purple or Violet - The traditional color of royalty is also the color of magic and mystery.
  Stones: Amethyst, fluorite, ametrine and sugalite are good examples. You can also mix blue and red stones together.
• Indigo - Brings out intuition, meditation and deep contemplation.
  Stones: sapphire, azurite.
• White - The symbol of purity and cleanliness.
  Stones: crystal quartz and howlite.
• Black - A good color for dealing with death and for seeking the earth and stability.
  Stones: black tourmaline, onyx, obsidian and blue goldstone.
• Gray - Symbolic of sorrow, security and maturity.
  Stones: hematite and new moonstone
